In early 2020 I moved from Vermont to the island of St John in the US Virgin Islands. Top of the Line Transport handled moving my car end-to-end. That entailed overland moving, ocean shipping, and customs clearance at the port of St Thomas. Andre Rivera Jr was my point of contact at Top of the Line. Andre handled everything perfectly, even though I had to delay the move twice, once due to covid-19 and once due to delays in buying a house.

When I first considered the logistics involved in moving my family – and all of our belongings – almost 4000 miles from Southern California to St.Thomas, it was almost enough to make me rethink my decision to return home altogether. I wasn’t sure even where to begin … it seemed unthinkable.Thankfully, the first call I made was to Andre at Top of the Line Transport. He walked me through the relocation process step-by-step, made the necessary arrangements with the California moving company, coordinated the ocean
freight, and even registered my vehicle once it arrived on island. More than that, he constantly made himself available to answer my questions and to make sure I had peace of mind with the move. When all was said and done, everything arrived safely in St. Thomas … a week earlier than promised. Not only that, Andre and his great team delivered everything directly to our house. Top of the Line Transport

I cannot praise the services of this company and its owner Andre Rivera Jr. enough!  I recently moved to St. Thomas from Washington, DC and contacted Andre for quotes.  He was not only reasonable, but very reassuring.  The people I dealt with in Baltimore for shipping out all of my household belongings were professional, helpful and efficient.  Andre was behind it all along and reassured me that my items would get safely to St. Thomas, which is exactly what occurred.  My items ran into some new customs requirements which necessitated the re-creation of a list of contents.  Andre remained on top of this and persevered until it was resolved, working until late in the evening to ensure that I had my belongings as soon as they cleared customs.

Similarly, I contracted with Andre to ship my car from the states to St. Thomas.  Again, I was struck by the professionalism of the shipper in Jacksonville, FL and Andre’s personal attention and perseverance through all the nuances of getting my car registered, inspected, titled and tagged.

I would highly recommend Andre Rivera Jr. and his company, Top of the Line Transport, without any reservations whatsoever!  He is professional, meticulous and efficient and takes the extra time to make sure his clients and their belongings are safely and promptly reunited!
